Featuring the debut of a new menu item and one day only mini-bierocks, you’ll want to mark your calendar for this beer pairing.
On Saturday Feb. 8, we’ll be featuring a stellar lineup of beers from Madison’s own Karben4 Brewing paired with our own made-from-scratch bierocks.
To allow our customers to taste multiple beers and bierocks in one sitting, we’ll be offering slider versions of our bierocks at a reduced price.
As for our new offering, we’ll also be debuting the Reuben Bierock made with corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese.
Appropriately, we’ll be offering the Reuben through St. Patricks Day on Mar. 17, after which it will come off the menu.
Introducing the pairing lineup:
- Reuben Bierock with Lady Luck Imperial Irish Red Ale
- Breakfast Bierock with Diet Starts Tomorrow Chocolate Oatmeal Stout
- Rosemary Lamb Bierock with Fantasy Factory India Pale Ale
- Tofu & Kimchi Bierock with Simply Dusty Chamomile Saison
- Classic Bierock with Dragon Flute American Pale Ale
Customers will also be able to get a flight of 5 oz. beers and corresponding bierocks on the day of the event.
