On Wednesday May 14, Bierock is hosting Beer Bingo featuring Wisconsin’s own One Barrel Brewing.
Bingo begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts roughly two hours.
It’s free to play. Customers will receive a bingo card, good for several rounds. Prizes include various beer-related giveaways, brewery SWAG, free pours and other esoteric awards like B-movie DVDs and erotic novels.
A representative from One Barrel will be on hand to hand out samples, answer questions and socialize during the event.
Featured on May 14 will be at least six beers on tap, including a seasonal offering. But we’ll make sure to have something hoppy, something light, something dark and something fruity.

Ninja Dust, Hazy IPA—Ninja Dust is a Hazy IPA that is bursting with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial hops giving the brew an easy drinking citrus forward hop profile. We brewed this as a toned down and less hazy version of our fan favorite Hypercolor NEIPA, and we think it is going to be a welcome tasty addition to our year-round lineup
Door County Trolley Red, Cherry Lager—Brewed as a nod to our friends who run the iconic Door County Trolley around Wisconsin’s finest peninsula. This mellow lager features additions of high quality dark cherry juice, giving a gorgeous deep ruby hue and a lovely cherry flavor without cloying sweetness.
Hypercolor, New England IPA—Hazy, Juicy, New England-y, whatever you call them, this style of beer is so tasty and delicious that we couldn’t help making our tap room only Hypercolor NEIPA available everywhere. Oats, wheat, and copious amounts of dry hopping give this beer its full bodied, juicy taste. And like those Hypercolor t-shirts from the 90’s, this trendy style is here to stay!
Commuter, Kolsch-Style Ale—Very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and cold conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale.
Up North, Wisconsin Lager—What could be better than sipping a classic refreshing lager while relaxing in Wisconsin’s beautiful and serene northern areas? We don’t know, and we don’t want to know. Crisp, light, and easy drinking, our Up North Wisconsin Lager is now available year round on draft or in 12oz cans. So whether you’re in your favorite tavern or your favorite camping chair, this brew is here to help you enjoy a scenic Wisconsin sunrise or sunset.
Cookie Monster, Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout–This high octane dark delight is brewed with rolled oats, chocolate malts, and roasted barley for a complex and deep malt character. A touch of lactose rounds out this brew with just a hint of sweetness, making this 9% ABV Stout dangerously drinkable on its own or alongside your favorite dessert.
Beer Bingo takes place the second Wednesday of every month at Bierock as part of our Hump Day at Bierock series of events. Here’s the schedule…
